Oh, the agony of trying to decide which albums
are the best of the year and what order to put them in! Why do we do this
to ourselves? And if that isnít hard enough, weíve also got to plead with
others to do it. Every year it gets harder and every year we vow to start
the process earlier - but, of course, we donít. I mean, thereís always
another CD you have to listen to again and one more you still need to buy.
Then before you know it, the year is over and Iím trying to choose my
tenth pick by playing, "Mickey Mouse built a house, how old are you?" You
know, this game was a whole lot easier when we could only afford to buy
ten albums a year.
